Returns and Exchange
The manufacturers we represent were selected because of their high regard for quality products and customer service. Our goal is to back that up with a fair and reasonable return and exchange policy so that our valuable customers are happy with their purchase. All of our manufactures will repair or replace at their discretion, any product that is shown to be defective. All warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer and will not cover damage caused by abuse, alteration, misuse or accidental damage.
Return and Exchange Procedures, Terms and Conditions:
Returns and exchanges can only be made within 15 days of product receipt. Returns without an exchange are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any item that is returned after 15 days from customer receipt of product will not be refunded. Please keep proof of return mailing for verification.
Before returning or exchanging a product contact us at: 253-813-6514 with your sales order number for a return authorization number. Clearly display that return authorization number on the return shipping box. Our customer service department will give you the return mailing instructions. Items that are returned without a return authorization number will not be refunded.
