NevelsStoves.com is founded by The Nevels who has been in the stove industry for almost 30 years. Mr. Nevels started as a sales representative in one of the big stove stores here in the area, it is there that he learned about the industry and gained valuable knowledge. After years on the job and getting top praises for his work from both customers and his boss, Mr. Nevel’s accumulated a wealth of knowledge and at the same time grew a strong passion for the stoves and spas industry.

Eventually, both Mr. & Mrs. Nevels took a huge leap and started their own Stoves & Spas business. From the moment Mr. Nevels started his own stoves and spas retail store, he has been hands-on with all his customers, taking care of them throughout the entire process and after. It is not unusual for him to have past customer call him for his opinion on even the types of pellets to buy for their stove.

Mr. Nevels believes in the philosophy that a well-informed customer will be a happy one. He has shared his knowledge educating and helping his customers. As he says to his customers, “You have questions, we have answers.” He wants to make sure that all his customers have enough knowledge to make an informed decision. He believes that each purchase has a significant impart to his customers and wants to ensure that they are knowledgeable enough to make the right decision. For this, he is willing to take the time to listen to his customers’ needs and wants and explains to them the options that are available to them.

Mr. Nevels has instilled this philosophy into his business when he started his own stove and spa store in the Kent, WA area sixteen years ago. He also instigated this to his employees as well. We are all encouraged to learn and understand the products we are selling so that we could be of assistance to our customers when they need us.
