Chimney Conversion Kit C (includes: Cap Adapter, Retro Connector) - These are the
top and bottom adapter components in a direct vent class A Chimney conversion.
Note that there are many different brands of class A chimney out there and that
specific adapter fit on these different sized brands of pipe. Check the list here for the

transfer your 4" aluminum liner back into a true direct vent for the acceptance of the
direct vent high wind cap. The black components does the same thing at the bottom on
the interior side. It attaches to your class A factory built chimney on the inside of the
home. Between the two you run your 4 inch aluminum liner. Add the Direct vent high
wind cap at the top and finish off at the bottom with the wall thimble and Direct vent
black pipe from the stove to the chimney.
